Engineering Minds Munich joins the Twinspector Mission

We’re proud to announce that Engineering Minds Munich is part of the groundbreaking Twinspector mission, led by LiveEO and now supported by the European Space Agency’s InCubed programme.

Twinspector represents a major step forward in Earth observation. Designed for large-scale monitoring of critical infrastructure, the mission combines formation flying with very high-resolution optical imaging to deliver:

• Precise 3D vegetation analysis along power lines and railways

• Wide-area pipeline monitoring to identify third-party risks

With stereo imaging capabilities reaching up to 35 cm resolution and flexible imaging modes, Twinspector addresses a crucial gap in today’s Earth observation landscape—scalable, high-resolution monitoring of linear infrastructure networks.

We are excited to contribute our expertise in electronics to this ambitious mission, working alongside strong European partners including Reflex Aerospace and Kampf Telescope Optics GmbH.

This milestone, backed by ESA and the German Space Agency at DLR, marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter—and we’re just getting started.
